One of the core activities of our company is a soil anchors installation. Most often, such work is carried out during the construction of slopes of a long-term or temporary excavations in order to ensure their safety. This procedure allows further work in the excavation in the most comfortable conditions. Also, this technology does not interfere with the operation of the equipment.
Ground drilling-in-place anchors work on compression, stretching and bending and have a wide range of applications:
- slope paving and rock reinforcement;
- reconstruction of road and railways;
- reconstruction of tunnels, berthing facilities;
- reinforcement of pile and concrete walls of pits;
- reconstruction and repair of buildings and structures.
“Titan” anchors are designed for heavy loads. They are pipe anchors and are used as pressed piles and ground fasteners. They allow to install drilling piles in one working cycle of a drilling without casing, intermediate drill and reinforcement. Titan tubular spiral rods and accessories to them can be used for anchor fastenings, drill-hole piles, anchorages for soil nails in the construction of buildings and structures for various purposes.
“Atlant” anchors are the Russian analogue of the “Titan” technology. The technology of installation of ground anchors such as Atlant and Titan consists in the following: a well under the drilling-injection pile is drilled using an anchor consisting of an anchor rod, a coupling and a lost bull bit. While drilling, a cement slurry is fed through a drilling stub. After reaching the design depth, a thick solution flows into the well through the anchor under pressure, which displaces the washing liquid. The anchor with the lost bit remains in the well and is the well reinforcement.
Ground drilling-injection anchors have the following advantages:
- reduction in labor costs as while drilling of the well, the body of the anchor pile and reinforcement is carried out simultaneously;
- increase in labor productivity by several times compared with the construction of traditional ground anchor structures;
- possibility using of anchors and piles in unstable soils without casing;
- absence of negative impact on existing building foundations.Bored piles are made of concrete directly on the site, which allows to minimize their final cost. The methods we apply for the construction of soil anchors are universal and carried out for any type of soil.
All equipment is mobile, so it can be delivered anywhere. We have enough machinery in our disposal to provide any necessary pace of work.
While working a minimum possible noise level is created, so it is possible to carry out full-scale works near residential buildings.
